- Selected: When hiring, we look carefully for friendly, helpful and mature TakeCareGivers who will be welcome in your home. We know how important it is to you that you have a helper who makes you comfortable and feel secure. Our family will become family to you!
- Screened: Before hiring we verify our caregivers certifications and work experience, perform criminal background checks, talk to their references, perform motor vehicle record checks, and perform credit history checks.
- Trained: TakeCare prefers to hire experienced Home Health Aides and Caregivers from nursing homes, skilled nursing centers, rehabilitation centers, hospitals and assisted living facilities. In addition to prior training, TakeCare has an in-house continuing-education program designed to ensure that our caregivers stay as sharp as the day we hired them.

Charles Terry Spalding, MD, PhD

Dr. Spalding is a career health care provider and educator in New Mexico. He has specialized in internal medicine, nephrology, hypertension and clinical pharmacology with a strong interest in drug related issues in health care. He is passionate about the quality of outcome-oriented home care services to insure that you experience optimal home living benefits.
